Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you — the user — and SISA GROUP LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “SISA.GE”) and govern your use of the website, as well as the processes of ordering and delivering products.
Any personal information received from the user is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of SISA.GE, you also automatically consent to the Privacy Policy and the Return/Exchange Policy.
Use of the website and services is permitted only to individuals who agree to the terms and obligations outlined below. The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice, solely by posting them on SISA.GE.
Terms and Conditions – refers to all rules and conditions set forth in this document, as well as any additional provisions applicable to the relationship between the client and the company, including those related to website functionality and services.
Website – refers to SISA.GE and its related social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), through which products and services are offered.
User / Client – a natural or legal person who meets the requirements outlined in these Terms and uses the platform to purchase products.
Company – SISA GROUP LLC, a company registered in accordance with Georgian law (Identification Code: 406517871), with its registered address: 1/12 Transfiguration Street, Avlabari, Tbilisi.
Operation – any action related to a user's order, account, or service.
Agreement – the agreement concluded between the user and the company, based on this document and its annexes.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user confirms that:
Product returns or exchanges are only permitted in the event of a manufacturing defect. In such cases, the customer must provide proof of purchase (receipt or bank statement) and notify us within no more than 2 calendar days from the date of purchase. Notification must be made either via phone call or by emailing “Sisa Group LLC” at the official email address.
Apart from the case mentioned above, product exchanges are allowed within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. In this case, all transportation costs related to the return of the product and delivery of the new item shall be covered entirely by the customer. A proof of purchase (receipt or bank statement) is required for the exchange to proceed.
A product exchange will only be accepted if the item retains its original commercial appearance, is undamaged, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
