Return / Exchange

Product returns or exchanges are only permitted in the event of a manufacturing defect. In such cases, the customer must provide proof of purchase (receipt or bank statement) and notify us within no more than 3 calendar days from the date of purchase. Notification must be made either via phone call or by emailing “Sisa Group LLC” at the official email address.

Apart from the case mentioned above, product exchanges are allowed within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. In this case, all transportation costs related to the return of the product and delivery of the new item shall be covered entirely by the customer. A proof of purchase (receipt or bank statement) is required for the exchange to proceed.

A product exchange will only be accepted if the item retains its original commercial appearance, is undamaged, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
